Cindy Barha

Dr. Cindy Barha, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Neuroscience, Brain Health and Exercise in the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. Dr. Barha is a multidisciplinary researcher with training in neuroscience, epidemiology, clinical trial methodology, and neuroendocrinology. Her translational research program focuses on identifying biological factors driving sex differences in dementia risk and cognitive decline and understanding how lifestyle interventions can promote healthy aging.
