Public Event: Living Longer, Living Better – Insights from the CLSA, Winnipeg, Manitoba

On October 21st, 2017, the CLSA Data Collection Site at the University of Manitoba hosted a participant symposium at the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG) Annual Scientific and Educational Meeting. This event featured presentations from CLSA researchers including:

  •  Lead Principal Investigator Dr. Parminder Raina, who presented on frailty in the CLSA
  •  co-Principal Investigator Dr. Susan Kirkland, who shared a general overview of the CLSA
  •  Dr. Holly Tuokko, who presented her study on cognition using CLSA data, and
  •  Dr. Kathy Pichora-Fuller, who shared the results from her study on sensory loss and   healthy aging using CLSA data
